1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Flock Print / Transfer System is a heat transfer method performed by applying the Flock paper onto a hot melt adhesive agent, called SP Top Ink.

2. NATURE:
Flock Paper – All over flock sheet Size: 400mm x 500mm

SP Top Ink
Appearance: Milky White Paste
Composition: Water Based Nylon Terpolymer and Caprolactam.

# APPLICATION & USAGE:
Method: 1. Print SP Top Ink on to the textile using a screen plate of 30 – 60. Mesh/inch (12 – 24 mesh/cm) and stroking 2 – 3 times with a squeegee of 50 - 60° hardness. Before use, SP Top Ink should be stirred thoroughly with a mixer. 2. Dry/cure the printed textile below 300°F x 1.5 minutes. 3. Next, put the Flock paper over the cured SP Top Ink and perform a heat press at 320°F x 10 - 15 seconds at 20 psi and peel off the paper after cooling to view the required print.
