You don't want to worry about online privacy and security, so we have taken every precaution to make sure you don't have to. We treat all of your private information, such as credit card numbers and personal data, as carefully as you do. During the transmission of your order, all of your personal information is encrypted by our Secure Socket Layer, meaning that it can only be read by our billing department. Our web site is a safe place to shop and we guarantee it.

Returns: Don't like it? Not what you expected? No problem, just send it back! River City Graphic Supply will exchange or refund most items within 30 days of purchase. Simply Email us your name, telephone number order number and the items are you are returning, and reason for return. Then we will email you back with a return notification letter. Non-returnable items include products that are not in like new condition.

Shipping Information: At River City Graphic Supply, our goal is to bring you quality products at a reasonable price. In order to do this, we charge a nominal shipping fee. (Reminder: unless the package is shipped to an address within the state of Texas, you pay no sales tax.) Our current shipping policy: Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). All orders under $79.00, excluding shipping charges and sales tax, will pay a flat shipping fee of $8.95 for ground shipping. Orders $79.00 and over, excluding shipping charges and sales tax, will receive free ground shipping. (Exceptions: shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, APO/FPO addresses, express delivery and oversized items. See product description to determine if it qualifies as oversize.) We ship via either UPS or USPS Priority and First Class Mail.

Next Day Air Shipments: River City Graphic Supply.com ships orders within 24 hours of receipt. This means if you place your order on Monday, it will leave our warehouse no later than Tuesday and arrive at its destination no later than Wednesday afternoon (delivery time is not guaranteed). If an order is placed early in the day, River City Graphic Supply will make every attempt to ship that order the same business day. We do not guarantee same day shipment. This does not apply to equipment, and products we currently have on back order. Next Day Air shipments are delivered Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Express Shipment Notice: UPS and FedEx have recently changed guidelines regarding package sizes that qualify (without a surcharge) for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Ground deliveries. If you select one of these delivery options during checkout we will make every effort to ship your order via your preferred method. If your order does not qualify for express delivery, we will ship your order via Standard Ground delivery and adjust your order total accordingly. You will be notified via email if your order does not qualify for express shipping.
